These are guide prices including VAT. If your vehicle requires a specialist or manufacturer-specific oil, an additional charge may be payable on site. If you request a premium oil or a particular oil specification/brand, any additional cost can be discussed and agreed with you before the work is carried out. Prices may also vary for vehicles requiring additional oil capacity or non-standard parts.

Service + MOT offer: add a Class 4 MOT to any service for £32 instead of £40 — 20% off.

Oil Change

Includes: engine oil and oil filter replacement.

Interim Service

Includes: oil and oil filter replacement, plus air filter replacement and interim service checks.

Full Service

Includes: a comprehensive full service and service checks. Fuel filter and spark plugs are not included and may be required separately depending on whether the vehicle is petrol or diesel and the manufacturer's service schedule.

Major Service

Includes: everything included within the major service package, including the additional service items due for the vehicle where applicable.

Oil pricing notice: If your vehicle requires specialist or manufacturer-specific oil, an additional charge may be payable on site. If you would like a premium oil or a particular oil specification/brand, please speak to us and any additional cost can be discussed and agreed before the work is carried out.

Cancellation & refund policy:
MOT bookings: a full refund is available if the MOT is cancelled more than 24 hours before the booked appointment time. MOT bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, or where the customer does not attend, are non-refundable.

Service bookings: a full refund is available if the service is cancelled more than 48 hours before the booked appointment time. If the service is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, 80% of the service booking payment will be refunded and a 20% cancellation charge will be retained to help cover parts ordered and preparation costs.
